Dear friends, members, and donors,

More than three years of war in Ukraine - and no end in sight.
The promises of global politics have not been kept, and Russia continues to send ever more bombs and drones. At the same time, men across Ukraine are being drafted rigorously into military service and sent to the front. Many are injured or die - and their families are left behind on their own. Who will provide for them? Who will work the fields and keep the factories running? The humanitarian situation is becoming increasingly dramatic, and this would remain true even if the war were to end tomorrow. We personally know many of those who have lost relatives or their homes.

In this situation, we must not relent in our support, even when the political circumstances leave us feeling discouraged. The people affected are not responsible for their suffering - and they deserve our help.

We provide our emergency aid across all denominations and without political affiliation. Our partners on the ground and all of us involved are highly motivated, but we depend on your donations - without your support, we too cannot help. And I assure you: every euro of your donation goes directly and without deduction into the relief projects, as all of our modest administrative costs continue to be fully covered by our capital income.
